Help, when you need it.
Aiddu is in private testing and isn’t open to families yet, so support is still being set up. Here is what works today.
Support is being set up before Aiddu opens to families. There is no staffed support or report team yet.
If someone is in danger
Aiddu is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services now.
In the app, a child can always press Get help from a person. It shows how to reach a trusted adult — who doesn’t have to be the parent connected to Aiddu — or emergency services. Opening it doesn’t notify anyone, and it works even when the AI isn’t available.
Common questions
Voice isn’t working
You can always type instead. Voice uses your device’s own speech recognition, so check that the app may use the microphone (and, on some devices, speech recognition) in your device settings.
Signing out or disconnecting a child’s device
See Account & data.
I forgot my password
Password recovery isn’t built yet.
A reply seemed wrong or unsafe
The guides are AI and can be wrong. A way to report a reply from inside the app isn’t built yet, and no staffed team is reviewing reports yet.
Contact
There is no public support contact yet. It will be listed here, with what to expect, before Aiddu opens to families.
